Easy breezy side of amazing cuisine offered by the Taj Exotica Resort.
Open air! Fresh Seafood! Great Ambiance! and most importantly great food!
The 24 degrees‘ casual dining experience but it is in no way lax about its service and its food. Besides the menu chefs are ever ready to comply with its customers’ gourmand whims. Just like any other great restaurant with great reputation, The quality of the 24 degrees restaurant is always stellar despite its wide menu of pan-Asian and International fare. Presentation and freshness is always noticeably top notch.
Breakfast at the 24 degrees follows suit on the saying “with breakfast always eat like a king” This becomes apparent upon settling yourself on one of their early morning table settings. The sunrise table has a bowl of fresh smelling bread and you immediately notice the large array of dairy products and pastries besides your typical special omelets and morning meats. There were items on the menu that seemed to be gastronomical marvels and quite irresistible to be brutally honest. Items like the egg white only omelet with roma tomatoes and basil, banana hot cakes with berries and cream, exotic fruits or should I say local that can also be delightful shakes, lentil cakes and chili sauce and of course a lot of crispy cured bacon. Eat like a king! you wont regret it at the 24 degrees Taj Exotica Resort.
Sunset comes and dinner is upon the guests of the 24 degrees. Dinner is was as enticing and delightful as the breakfast. Menu items that were noteworthy were the delectable meats such as duck, veal and a ton of fresh and perfectly prepared seafood for those who want to go light. But those menu items that stood out and proved to be memorable and highly recommended was the curry and the pepper crusted tuna in herb and butter sauce. There was of course a great variety when in comes to wine, ranging from $40 to a mind numbing $1200 a bottle. The price for it all was of course a bit steep but it is quite mitigated by the quality and the constant assurance that you will get delightful meals each and every time.
Dreamy desserts at the 24 degrees restaurant come in the likes of Passion Fruit Brulee, Baked Lemon Grass Tarts with Vanilla beach ice cream and chocolate parfaits with macerated fruits! Yum!
