The Taj Exotica has numerous jewels on its culinary and amazing dining experience crown. One of which the most sought after is their wine room, It is very exclusive and requires a long line of reservations.
The interior of the wine room of the Maldives is a sight to behold. Built with white washed stone walls and conspicuous candle slots following a kind of medieval theme. From there a meticulously set table with candles and beaded place mats await. A personalized menu written on a scroll that looks like the declaration of independence the menu of course is requested upon reservation.
Each meal course shall be paired with its own appropriate wine. The Veuve Clicquet for starters has heavenly and you get that feeling that its only going to get better from there.
The wine room of the Taj Exotica delivers a delightful wine and dine experience and so much more, more in the presence of its cheery bar manager that does amazing card tricks. The experience at the wine room is sure to embed as a experience to be remembered forever.
