This resort is really welcoming, all the staff were excellent. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow which was absolutely fine for our week long stay. Loved the outdoor bathroom, plenty of storage and a really comfy bed.

We went full board so we knew what we were going to pay for our meals as we knew drinks would be expensive and this helped with our budgeting.

The restaurant lack a bit in terms of a romantic atmosphere but go to the bar where you can lounge around in a more romantic setting.

  3. Annie says:

We spent seven nights in Velassaru and had a fantastic holiday. Very beautiful island with a modern design hotel. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow. The beach is lovely turqoise and blue, the coral sand is white. We snorkelled every day and saw lots of fish, baby sharks, sting rays and crabs. The infinity pool is really nice and we spent some time there too.

  4. Mady says:

Velassaru is the perfect venue for honeymooners! We spent our honeymoon on this resort and we had a great experience, from the staff to the rooms to the facilities. We stayed in a beach villa which has a fantastic view to the ocean from the bed. The bathroom was very spacious and the size was almost the same as the room.

I recommend this resort to anyone who are looking for a chilled out and a very stylish place to stay.
